My cliche Oscars post

All right, so here is my rundown on the Oscars.

WORST DRESSED: Diablo Cody. I love Juno as much as the next person, but this dress pretty much shouted "FORMER STRIPPER" in my opinion.

My humble, belated response to New York fashion week...

Betsey Johnson- words can not explain how much I <3 her surreal details.

Tracy Reese, Rebecca Taylor, and Erin Fetherston all displayed whimsical, ethereal fairy tale-like creations.

Anna Sui's collection was so beautiful- I look forward to wearing ethnic inspired clothes such as these during the summer.

Phillip Lim- ahhh he is just as amazing to me as Betsey Johnson. I love how he uses pops of color - especially in pretty shades of blue.

Belts also seemed very popular this season. I love them paired with the gorgeous off the shoulder dresses at Abaete, or doubled up at BCBG Max Azria.

Which of these trends (or others) do you love, hate, or plan to rock this fall or during the spring/summer? What were your favorite shows?

it's been awhile...

because i have a most uninteresting life right now, and i did have some real outfit pics but they got deleted :(

meanwhile i have fallen in love with the FRATELLIS!

my friend burned me their cd and they are so fun and up beat and happy! i love that kind of music.

anyway, this weekend has been all right. i hung with friends, did homework, worked out and thats about it. i ended up seeing two movies:

the movie was ehhhh not so great but the dancing was amaazing! i wish i could dance like that.

anyway

i might go to the mall later today, i'm STILL on the hunt for sneakers and i really need a new bra!! anyone have any suggestions about where to go?? i usually hit up gap body and victorias secret so something around that price range...
